Sam is VP Product at Disqus. He joined Disqus in late 2011 and led the effort to relaunch the core Disqus product, build an native ad system, and create an internal data warehouse and analytics stack. Personal data specialities include experiment design, value-centric KPI development, and data storytelling. 

Prior to Disqus, he started his career with a decade at CNET Networks, turned CBS Interactive, where he helped invent GameSpot Trax, the videogame market data mashup service used by EA and Walmart to determine marketing and product ordering strategy, and the CBSi video platform, including analytics, encoding, and player standards.
